His areas of expertise include mood and anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, intellectual abilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as well as issues with self-esteem, anger, and emotion regulation.

In addition to therapy, Dr. Costaris provides diagnostic/psychological and psychoeducational assessments for children and adolescents. These assessments may cover a broad range of learning and/or social/emotional areas such as learning disabilities, mental health disorders, intellectual disabilities, and giftedness.
